MOVEMENT

The class encompasses a comprehensive full-body workout that targets all areas, engaging the entire core, legs (inner and outer thighs), arms (triceps, rotator cuff, trapezius), and strengthening the lower back. Different exercises involve using a range of equipment such as the 'magic circle', weights, stretch bands, and utilizing body weight.
