These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Move Fitness Complex facilities, services, website, and mobile application. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Membership Terms

• Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared.

• Members must provide accurate and current account information.

• Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis unless properly canceled.

Cancellations

• Memberships may be canceled by calling (678) 554-6010.

• Failure to cancel prior to billing does not relieve responsibility for payment.

Facility Rules & Conduct

• Members must follow all posted rules, safety policies, and staff instructions.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks. Members voluntarily assume all risks related to exercise, equipment use, and participation in programs.

Limitation of Liability

Move Fitness Complex is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost, stolen, or damaged personal property occurring on premises or through participation in services.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify hours, classes, pricing, trainers, programs, or services at any time without notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for policy violations or misuse of services.
