Refund Policy

All payments made to Move Fitness Complex are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below.

Membership Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Unexpected illness, injury, or documented hardship

• Refund applies to the previous month’s payment only

• Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation

• Approval is at the sole discretion of management

No refunds are issued for:

• Missed classes or unused sessions

• Lack of attendance

• Promotional or discounted memberships

Retail & Merchandise Refunds

• Supplements, apparel, and merchandise must be returned within 14 days

• Items must be unused and accompanied by a receipt

• Opened supplements are non-returnable
